Business Development Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of sales experience in entertainment, hospitality, or sales
- A motivated, organized, and client-focused approach
- Comfortable working a hybrid schedule with autonomy
- Strong knowledge of the local market and event industry – lots of local big corporations
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or Entertainment (preferred)
- Willingness to train out of state for three weeks
- Build relationships and drive new business through community outreach
- Plan and execute amazing events and parties
- Work hands-on at events to ensure top-tier guest experiences
- Manage client relationships with precision and professionalism
