Our client is seeking a Brand Manager for their construction company. The most qualified candidates will be a strategic, creative, and data-driven Brand Manager and lead the development and execution of brand strategies that elevate their market presence and drive engagement.
Brand Manager Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual salary between $65k-$75k
- Health, dental, and vision insurance

Brand Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- At least five years of brand management experience
- Proven experience in direct mail marketing campaigns and budget management
- Solid understanding of marketing KPI's and metrics
- Advanced skills in MS Office and CRM tools
Brand Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategies that align with business goals
- Conduct market research to understand customer insights and monitor competitor activities
- Manage brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Design
- Lead campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis of large scale direct mailings
- Monitor brand performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly
- Act as the brand ambassador both internally and externally
