As the Entry-Level HR Manager, you'll assist with onboarding new talent, manage employee records, and support day-to-day HR functions that keep our teams running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, people-focused, and eager to grow in the HR field within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure smooth onboarding experiences
- Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
- Support compliance with federal and state labor laws and company policies
- Coordinate employee training sessions and help track certifications
- Provide support in recruiting, employee relations, and HR projects
- Collaborate closely with the HR Director on daily operations and special initiatives
Human Resources Manager Requirements:
- 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience (hospitality experience a plus!)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with HR software systems
- A people-first mindset and a positive, team-oriented attitude
