A well-established and fast-growing commercial general contracting firm is seeking a Project Administrator to support their project managers, superintendents, and internal teams. This is a detail-focused, fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive capacity while contributing to critical project functions.

Project Administrator – Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction support or administration role (commercial or multifamily preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam
- Experience with Timberline/Sage (preferred, not required)
- Valid driver’s license
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Project Administrator Must Haves
- Facilitate project startup by organizing construction documents, templates, and subcontractor information
- Maintain RFI and submittal logs and assist in their preparation and distribution
- Support owner and subcontractor change orders and contract documentation
- Collect and track insurance certificates, W-9s, and subcontractor payment applications
- Coordinate purchasing and shipment of project-specific materials
- Assist with close-out tasks including O&M manuals, warranties, and document hand-off
- Help organize company events, manage office supplies, and support general administrative tasks
Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in multifamily, retail, or high-rise construction projects
- Familiarity with bid systems and file-sharing platforms
- Demonstrated ability to stay highly organized in a multi-project environment
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in contributing to company culture and internal initiatives (e.g., apparel, events, etc.)
