Financial Controller (Construction)
We’re hiring a Financial Controller to establish and lead the accounting function for our Texas operations.
Financial Controller (Construction) – Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage full accounting operations (AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, month-end close)
- Ensure accurate financial reporting in line with global deadlines
- Maintain compliance with US GAAP and internal controls
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and team development
Financial Controller – Requirements & Qualifications:
- Degree or master’s in accounting or finance; CPA or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in the construction industry is required
- Strong background in building and leading accounting teams
- Expertise in US GAAP; IFRS
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Background & Skills:
- Knowledge of U.S. and Texas tax regulations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
