What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years’ experience in an upscale steakhouse setting
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Skilled on broiler and sauté stations—must be hands-on during service
- Confident in recipe costing, inventory, and schedule planning
- Willing to complete a stage as part of the interview process
