Private Club Sous Chef Key Responsibilities
- Set the pace and lead lunch and dinner services.
- Oversee receiving, organizing, and storing deliveries.
- Serve as the go-to resource for cooks on sauces, textures, and temperatures.
- Uphold and enforce the highest standards of food quality and kitchen cleanliness.
