We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations and support our growing construction team. If you excel in managing numbers, processes, and people—and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes—we’d love to hear from you.
Accounting Manager – Benefits and Compensation
• $80,000–$90,000 base salary

Accounting Manager – Requirements & Qualifications
• Prior experience in the construction industry is required
• Skilled in AR/AP, payroll, financial reconciliations, Tax Prep (but not filing), office management
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional demeanor with a commitment to building strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively across departments
• Ability to train 1-2 days a week in Madison Ga for first few months.
Accounting Manager – Preferred Background & Skills
• Experience with accounting and construction software systems (e.g., QuickBooks or similar)
• Degree in accounting or a related field preferred, but not required
