Are you passionate about great food, high standards, and leading kitchen teams in a fun and dynamic environment? We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to help run back-of-house operations for a unique, high-volume hospitality concept.
What You’ll Do:
- Support kitchen leadership in day-to-day operations, including scheduling, ordering, inventory, and food cost control
- Ensure food quality and consistency by supervising prep and recipe execution
- Assist with hiring, training, and developing kitchen staff
- Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Drive a culture of teamwork, inclusivity, and fun while maintaining operational excellence
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment ($5M+ annual revenue preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Experience with inventory systems, ordering, and food/labor cost tracking
- Solid knowledge of sanitation regulations and kitchen best practices
