Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service restaurant
- Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and P&L management
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety regulations, and industry trends
- Ability to build and maintain vendor relationships for inventory and supply management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a hands-on leadership style
