We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and lead a dynamic team across Rooms, Housekeeping and Front Desk departments. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, operational excellence, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and uphold service standards
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, focusing on revenue growth and cost control
- Recruit, train, and manage departmental managers and staff
- Monitor and respond to guest feedback and online reviews to maintain a strong reputation
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive hotel management experience, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems
- Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and P&L responsibility
- Ability to lead by example and foster a collaborative team culture
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays as needed
