We are seeking a highly motivated, and relationship-building Sales Manager with a keen vision for the growth of our company, which provides medical and charter flights services.
Air Medical Sales Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and conferences
- Experience with in-person sales presentations is preferred
- Aviation or healthcare experience is strongly preferred
- Able to work on-site when not traveling for work
Air Medical Sales Manager Duties:
- Develop new business opportunities by targeting hospitals, transplant programs, jet brokers, luxury travel agents, and concierge services
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand beyond the SoCal market
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with current clients
- Conduct regular in-person hospital visits to ensure client satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities
- Ensure all private charter customers receive top-tier, VIP-level service from initial inquiry to post-flight follow-up
