Event Sales Coordinator Requirements & Qualifications:
- Start by planning, organizing, and executing events for parties of 10-60 guests, with opportunities to grow into coordinating and executing larger events of 350+ guests
- Assist with Admin Duties
- Assist in coordinating with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences
- Arrange necessary equipment, decorations, and catering services
- Oversee event setup, including seating arrangements
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations and address any issues
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and sales to promote events and attract attendees
- Maintain event records
Event Sales Coordinator Preferred Background & Skills:
- 1+ year of event management experience (Required)
- 1+ year of customer service experience (Required)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail to ensure all aspects of an event are properly arranged
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Tripleseat
- Knowledge of Adobe is a plus
