A fast-growing global company in the technical services industry is looking for a Senior Director of Marketing to lead strategy, content, and demand generation for one of its key business segments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a segment-wide marketing strategy
- Manage and mentor a cross-functional marketing team
- Oversee content creation, campaigns, and brand messaging
- Collaborate with sales to drive lead generation and support growth
- Use data and insights to measure success and improve performance
- Align marketing efforts with company goals and market trends
- Manage marketing budget and report on KPIs
- Stay current on new tools and trends, including AI and MarTech
Requirements:
- 10+ years in B2B marketing leadership, ideally in technical or consulting fields
- Proven success managing marketing for a large business unit ($500M+ revenue)
- Strong skills in content marketing, digital campaigns, and team leadership
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales and operations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
Benefits:
- Salary: $165,000–$200,000 depending on experience and location
