Are you a driven sales professional with expertise in Plumbing, Heating, HVAC, or Building Materials? We’re hiring a dynamic Sales Associate to expand our customer base and support continued growth through strong relationships and technical knowledge. In this role, you’ll promote top-tier products, provide support, and deliver training across your assigned territory.
Sales Associate Benefits:

Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Identify and pursue key accounts to drive territory growth
- Deliver technical support and training sessions tailored to customer needs
- Prepare and present custom proposals and pricing models
- Maximize your schedule for customer engagement and impact
- Lead account planning to meet revenue and profitability targets
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity
- Maintain accurate records using company systems and tools
- Ensure high standards of service, resolving issues proactively
- Develop and grow client relationships throughout the Greater Boston area
Sales Associate Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college experience a plus
- Proven success in sales and customer service roles
- Self-motivated and proactive—you take the lead and make things happen
- Experience in Plumbing, Heating, HVAC, or Building Materials preferred
