We’re seeking a hands-on, strategic finance leader to join a dynamic and growing hospitality group. This role will oversee all financial operations, drive performance through analysis and planning, and partner with leadership to support expansion and operational excellence across multiple restaurant concepts. Ideal candidates will bring both strong accounting acumen and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
Director of Finance Compensation & Benefits

Director of Finance Required Background & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles
- Proven experience managing full-cycle accounting and budgeting
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, and compliance
- Prior oversight of AP/AR, payroll, cash flow, and capital expenditures
- Skilled in implementing financial controls and process improvements
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel-based reporting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Director of Finance Preferred Background & Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
- CPA designation strongly preferred
- Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or multi-unit retail environments
- Familiarity with POS and inventory systems (e.g., Toast, Aloha, Restaurant365)
- History of supporting business development or expansion projects
- Experience managing third-party audits and vendor relationships
- Knowledge of tax compliance, licensing, and insurance administration
- Background in capital investment and contract negotiation
