Sales Account Manager Benefits:

Sales Account Manager Qualifications & Requirements:
- Local to Idaho and a valid Idaho driver’s license
- Reliable transportation and active auto insurance
- Proven sales results in the vacation rental or timeshare industry
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Proficient with strategic prospecting, cold outreach, lead management, appointment setting, presentations, and deal closures
- Expert relationship builder and networker
- Self-starter mentality with a willingness to seek feedback and support
Sales Account Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Idaho Real Estate license (active)
- Real estate or property management experience
- Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace and cloud-based systems
- Existing portfolio and network of contacts
