An upscale Steakhouse is seeking a talented bi-lingual Sous Chef who is looking to grow their career.
Sous Chef Benefits/Compensation:
- 5-day work week
- Privately owned establishment with an impeccable reputation
- Dinner-only schedule and closes at 9!
- Healthcare eligibility after 4 months
Sous Chef Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an upscale Steakhouse
- Must speak English and Spanish
- Must be proficient at broiler and saute station and work one of these stations through the dinner rush
- Experience costing out recipes and executing scheduling and inventory
- Must do a stage as part of the interview process
