Sous Chef Requirements & Qualifications
- 1–3 years experience as a Sous Chef in a fine-dining restaurant
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop kitchen staff
- Strong passion for cooking and culinary innovation
Sous Chef Preferred Background & Skills
- Proven ability to manage food and labor costs effectively
- Experience upholding high standards across all kitchen operations
