Marketing Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, media planning, and brand strategy (agency or in-house)
- Proven success launching campaigns that deliver both engagement and measurable results
- Strong grasp of digital and performance marketing (paid social, display, analytics)
- Creative instincts backed by data-driven decision-making
- Collaborative mindset—able to partner with creatives, executives, and cross-functional teams
Marketing Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Lead full-funnel marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media channels
- Develop sharp, engaging creative concepts that align with brand voice and support broader social and marketing strategies
- Collaborate with internal creative teams and external media/PR partners to execute high-impact, cross-platform campaigns
- Manage marketing budgets with a performance- and ROI-driven mindset
- Create and execute limited-time offers, seasonal promotions, and activation campaigns tied to entertainment, gaming, and food & beverage initiatives
- Partner with venue teams and sales leaders to support local-level events and promotional efforts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, studio partners, and strategic collaborators
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on analytics, KPIs, and real-time insights
- Serve as a brand steward, ensuring consistency in messaging and visuals across all platforms and touch points
