We're Looking For:
- 2+ years leading as a General Manager in a fast-casual or high-volume casual restaurant
- 5+ years total in the restaurant world, ideally in energetic, fast-paced environments
- A progressive leader who motivates by example, connects with people, and believes in building up others
- Strong command of COGs, labor, and financials—you know how to run a tight, profitable operation
