Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and set the tone for kitchen operations and culture
- Communicate clearly and consistently with team members and leadership
- Drive creativity through research, testing, and development of new dishes
- Execute operational and culinary goals through strategic planning
- Train, mentor, and inspire kitchen staff
- Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and professional environment
- Experience in latin, italian or mediterranean preferred
- Experience in high volume kitchen
- Proficient with Food Cost control and inventory
