We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead our team at a high-end, full-service restaurant known for its exceptional food, service, and ambiance.
The ideal candidate is a polished hospitality professional with a strong background in upscale operations, a passion for excellence, and a proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
Key Responsibilities for General Manager:
- Oversee all daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Lead and mentor staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Drive revenue through exceptional service, events, and community engagement
- Manage budgets, inventory, scheduling, and vendor relationships
- Ensure all health, safety, and brand standards are met or exceeded
Qualifications for General Manager:
- 3+ years of experience as a GM in an upscale dining environment
- Steady tenure
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hands-on, guest-first approach to service
- Ability to manage costs and drive profitability
- Wine and beverage knowledge is a plus
