We’re seeking an experienced operator to lead a high-energy, high-volume kitchen that’s redefining fast-casual dining in Nashville. This is more than a GM role, it's a ground-up leadership opportunity where you’ll drive the build-out, shape the culture, and set the standard for a bold new concept that’s unlike anything the city’s seen.
Compensation & Benefits:

- Competitive base salary: $100K–$125K

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Must have new restaurant opening experience including kitchen design
- Must have worked in a kitchen manager role
- Late nights
- Proven success leading high-volume restaurant operations above 5 million annually
- Strong financial acumen, including cost controls and budgeting
- Able to lead in a fast-paced, high-reward environment
