Purchasing and Inventory Manager Requirements and Responsibilities
- Culinary Experience as a chef or kitchen manager is required
- Proficiency in Restaurant 365 and standard POS operations
- Some travel is required within a 35-mile radius of our home office
- Data/Recipe/Invoice entry
- Inventory Control
- Work with our culinary leaders in a collaborative way
