Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years in a similar role
- Experience with sales volumes in excess of $3M Year
- Experience leading a team of 10-15
- Outstanding Customer Service Skills
- Positive Mental Attitude!!
Restaurant Manager Duties:
- Help the team reach financial goals
- Train, and develop new team members
- Drive the Shift and Lead Business Daily
- Be a brand ambassador at all times
- Set the culture – lead with Integrity and Empathy
