General Manager – High-Volume, Michelin-Quality Steakhouse in Raleigh NC

General Manager – Requirements & Qualifications
- MUST be willing to relocate to Raleigh, NC!!
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a GM in a high-volume, upscale, polished restaurant
- Experience working in Michelin-rated or comparable high-caliber restaurants
- Proven ability to lead daily operations in a fast-paced, scratch kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of P&L, labor management, inventory, food cost, and scheduling
- Demonstrated success in driving guest satisfaction and consistent service standards
- Experienced in hiring, training, and managing high-performing restaurant teams
- Highly organized and accountable, with a passion for operational excellence
