The Opportunity:

As the Executive Sous Chef, you’ll be the right hand to the Executive Chef—overseeing daily kitchen operations, mentoring the culinary team, and driving consistency and innovation across all outlets, including banquets, in-room dining, and multiple a la carte concepts.
