Executive Chef – Food & Beverage

We are seeking a talented and visionary Executive Chef to lead the culinary program at a prestigious, internationally renowned campus that caters to business leaders, foundations, and civic influencers. This is an extraordinary opportunity to craft elevated cuisine in a refined environment that blends weekday service with impactful weekend events.
About the Role:
This role oversees all culinary operations, including weekday lunch service (Monday through Friday), bar menu execution (with service until 7:00 PM), and a full calendar of private events and banquets on weekends. As Executive Chef, you'll drive culinary innovation, ensure consistent excellence, and lead a passionate team committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and manage all kitchen operations and culinary staff
- Design seasonal menus for both daily service and special events
- Execute high-level private events, corporate banquets, and receptions with precision
- Maintain exceptional standards for food quality, presentation, and sanitation
- Manage inventory, food cost, and labor efficiency while upholding profitability
- Collaborate with senior leadership, front-of-house managers, and event teams to ensure seamless service
- Foster a professional, positive, and productive kitchen culture
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous in an upscale dining or event-driven environment
- Strong background in both a la carte and high-volume banquet production
- Creative, organized, and hands-on with a commitment to culinary excellence
- Flexible availability, including weekends for event execution
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills
