We are seeking an Executive Chef for a premier Country Club in Shreveport, LA.

Executive Chef Duties & Responsibilities:
- To effectively supervise and delegate food preparation duties pertinent to all dining outlets and banquets and member events
- Supervise cooking and other kitchen personnel and coordinate their assignments to ensure economical and timely food production.
- Creates standard operating procedures and ensures they are being consistently monitored
- Manages food cost, waste, and cost of goods by pricing out recipes.
- Establishes and enforces nutrition and sanitation standards for the kitchen.
- Works closely with management to handle member’s requests and grievances.
- Work to build strong relationships with peer leaders, particularly with the Front of House Team.
- Build relationships with members. Respond to member complaints/issues.
