Director of Business Development Benefits:

Director of Business Development Requirements and Qualifications:
- 5+ years managing a high performing sales team is required
- Managing, developing and supporting a sales team focusing on maximizing productivity
- Responsible for creating and achieving an annual sales plan through growth and penetration of existing accounts
- Present new ideas and products from primary vendors and exclusive brand products to secure accounts
- Experience recruiting, onboarding, and developing a sales team
Director of Business Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience using quantitative & qualitative research data
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as customer service and presentation abilities
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and negotiation skills
