Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 3 years of restaurant leadership experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Hands-on leadership style
- Well-versed in reservation management
- Skilled in training team members, providing feedback, and coaching
- Full-service restaurant experience is required
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Country club or private club experience is given preference in hiring, but is not required
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails
