Multi-Unit Manager Requirements
- 2+ years of multi-unit retail, fitness, automotive, or hospitality management experience
- Strong leadership, mentorship, organization, and communication skills
- Previous P&L management experience with strong financial acumen, with the ability to teach others how to drive sales and revenue in multiple locations
- Ability to develop and implement processes and structures
- Create comprehensive hiring, training, and onboarding procedures regionally
- Lead by example with care, compassion, and extensive support
