Front Desk Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a front desk manager or supervisor
- Experience leading a team
- Friendly, positive, and outgoing personality
- Ability to exercise sound judgement
- Strong desire to grow your career with a dynamic company
Front Desk Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage with consistency and integrity
- Interact with guests checking in and out of the property
- Address guest issues with expedience and thoughtfulness
- Guide guests to local attractions and outdoor opportunities
- Other duties as assigned
