Sales Operations Manager Compensation
- Salary up to $100,000+ (DOE)
- Performance-based bonus and profit-sharing opportunities

Sales Operations Manager Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, enablement, team management, or a related leadership function
- Self-driven and constantly thinking ahead
- Accountability-minded with high standards and strong follow-through
- High emotional intelligence and ability to hold others accountable with grace and clarity
- Strong command of CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and lead management workflows
- A team-first, humble hands-on leader—willing to jump into any level of the operation
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset—always looking to improve the system and add value
- Real estate knowledge of builder/developer cycles experience is nice to have; but not required)
Sales Operations Manager Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations for diverse internal sales channels including builder/developer pipelines, residential sales, and vacation rental partnerships
- Provide hands-on coaching and accountability to sales agents to increase conversion rates and pipeline management effectiveness
- Serve as the key relationship liaison for builder and developer partners, ensuring alignment, communication, and follow-through
- Develop and refine sales systems, processes, reporting frameworks, and performance dashboards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and leadership to support growth campaigns and sales alignment
