We are looking for our next Maintenance manager for our beautiful hotel! Ideal candidates will have experience with many different aspects of maintenance including Pools, HVAC, Refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and everything else!
Hotel Maintenance Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years as a Maintenance manager / Chief engineer / Director of Facilities for a Full Service Hotel
- Experience with HVAC
- Experience with Pools and Spas, CPO preferred
- Experience with Commercial kitchen and equipment
- Out-of-Box thinker and problem solver!
Hotel Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage the maintenance team with consistency and integrity
- Communicate with other hotel departments on engineering and maintenance needs
- Address maintenance issues timely and professionally
- Schedule and manage outside companies for specialty repairs and preventative maintenance
- Other duties as assigned
