Requirements:
- 2+ years of FOH management in full-service dining
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Highly organized and great with time management
- Calm, confident decision-maker under pressure
Preferred Experience:
- High-volume or entertainment/destination concepts
- Skilled in training/coaching service staff
- Knowledge of FOH operations, service flow, and guest management
- Experience with scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering
