Our client is seeking a dynamic Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across their Nevada market. Whether you come from a convenience store background or have extensive experience managing maintenance in the restaurant industry, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll do:
- Lead, train, and manage a team of Maintenance Technicians.
- Oversee all aspects of store maintenance, repairs, and equipment management.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure high-quality service.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards (OSHA, DOT).
- Drive capital improvement projects and maintenance initiatives.
- Develop and manage budgets, providing monthly reports to leadership.
- Conduct site inspections to maintain brand standards.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 5+ years in maintenance management in convenience stores or restaurants.
- Vendor Management: 7+ years managing vendors and external contractors.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop a maintenance team.
- Technical Skills: Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50% within Nevada.
