We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Pro to join our team and drive business growth in the Columbus market. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with a hunter mentality, eager to identify and secure new business opportunities.
Outside Sales Pro Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the building services industry (HVAC, Plumbing, Janitorial, etc.).
- Sales Acumen: Proven success in outside sales with a strong ability to prospect and close deals.
- Business Development: Comfortable with cold calling and building new client relationships from the ground up.
- Communication Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Pipeline Management: Ability to independently manage leads, track progress, and drive sales results.
Outside Sales Pro Benefits:
- $70k-$80k Base salary + Competitive commission structure and bonus opportunities (first-year OTE: $125k-$140k).
