Distribution Center Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee inventory management, full cycle from receiving, storage, replenishment, etc
- Lead and manage warehouse team including training, mentorship and performance feedback
- Implement and ensure safety operational procedures and standards are being met
- Collaborate with internal teams including procurement, sales, operations, etc
Distribution Center Manager Requirements:
- At least 5+ yrs in distribution center management, including 3+ yrs in a manager role
- Proficient in warehouse management software, including Google Office Suite, Food Handlers, HAACP, GMP, or SQF Certificate
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, including safety regulations related to distribution center operations
- Strong leadership skills including communication, training, mentorship, etc
