Country Club Director of Food and Beverage
An established private country club in New Hampshire is hiring a Director of Food and Beverage to oversee all aspects of our dining operations. While golf is a passion here, delivering an exceptional culinary and hospitality experience to our members is our top priority. We're looking for a hands-on leader with a service-first mindset to help elevate the overall guest experience.
Country Club Director of Food and Beverage Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in a restaurant, hotel, or private club setting
- Solid knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and retain team members
- A leadership style rooted in teamwork and service
Country Club Director of Food and Beverage Responsibilities:
- Be a visible presence in the dining room, fostering a welcoming environment
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu planning and execution
- Manage monthly inventory and control costs
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Develop and manage staff schedules aligned with business forecasts
