What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is someone who can “make it happen”—a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of developing high-performing teams. You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving revenue, and ensuring every guest experience exceeds expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead all front-of-house operations with energy and professionalism
- Create a culture of hospitality that drives memorable guest experiences
- Manage all financial aspects of the business, including P&L, budgeting, and forecasting
- Collaborate with the culinary and entertainment teams to enhance offerings and programming
- Recruit, coach, and develop team members to ensure performance and retention
- Drive sales through community engagement, local marketing, and business development initiatives
- Maintain operational excellence and compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, upscale or experiential restaurant/bar
- Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of P&L and cost controls
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop large teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to stay calm and effective in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Passion for live music and hospitality is a big plus
