Event Sales Manager – Benefits and Compensation
- $40,000 – $50,000 base salary + commision

Event Sales Manager – Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in private event sales or management (hospitality preferred)
- 1+ year in food and beverage service within a polished dining environment
- Strong sales, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across departments
- Available to work a flexible 45-hour work week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance in accordance with brand standards
Event Sales Manager – Preferred Background & Skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree in event planning, hospitality, or related field
- Track record of exceeding sales goals and driving community engagement
- Experience managing the full event cycle – from prospecting to day-of execution
- Ability to create sales collateral and presentations for internal and client use
- Enthusiasm for cultivating long-term relationships and cross-selling across locations
