Established senior living community seeking licensed RN for Director of Wellness.
Director of Wellness Responsibilities
- Lead Resident Care Program in accordance with state regulations and compliance guidelines
- Provide health assessments for prospective residents to determine appropriateness and level of care
- Observe and document changes in condition and communicate changes in care plans to care staff
- Coordinate management of care staff with Executive Director
Director of Wellness Requirements
- Licensed RN in good standing in State of Minnesota
- Passion for senior care and experience working in a senior living environment
- Experience in clinical leadership – managing teams of hourly care staff, shift scheduling & oncall
- Experience with state compliance audits and maintaining complete documentation for residents
