General Manager Benefits and Compensation:
- Salary range: $80,000–$100,000, based on experience

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Strong working wine knowledge; must be confident educating guests and staff
- Experience running a full-service restaurant with full P&L accountability
- Demonstrated success creating SOPs, systems, and staff training programs from scratch
- Able to oversee staffing levels, scheduling, and daily operations independently
- Confident floor presence and ability to serve as the public face of the brand
- Direct experience working with owners/founders and balancing autonomy with direction
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of building and retaining high-performing teams
General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Background with upscale hospitality concepts that have gone through growth or expansion phases
- Experience launching or scaling operations
- Exposure to e-commerce or digital brand development in the food & beverage space
- Familiarity with winery-restaurant hybrid concepts or agritourism-style operations
