We are an internationally acclaimed group bringing our sensational, yet whimsical meet, dine and play venue in New York. We are looking for a polished and highly skilled Proactive Business Development Manager to join our team. Catering experience is highly desirable, and someone that has prior experience working with Entertainment Venues and other large firms is preferred.
Proactive Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for generating and growing sales in a pre-determined market.
- Implementation of group sales strategies for the local market and meet financial targets.
- Will work closely with the Sales team and report directly to the Head of Sales.
- Facilitate an unparalleled guest experience through personal interaction, effective delegation, and follow through.
Proactive Business Development Manager Qualifications:
- Demonstrated previous experience generating up to $2m plus in annualized sales.
- Exemplify sales team training standards in your interactions with clients, setting the example for the team.
- Fluent in providing guidance and oversight to the Operations Team with a victor mindset and a team-first philosophy.
Proactive Business Development Manager Benefits:
- Base salary up to $90K
