In this role, you’ll be on the front lines—supporting our amazing customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media. From placing orders to solving issues and sharing product insights, you’ll play a key role in creating positive experiences and loyal fans.
🎯 What You’ll Do:
- Be the go-to contact for customer inquiries—no question is too big or small!
- Enter and track orders, update customers on shipping, and ensure they feel supported every step of the way.
- Log interactions, track recurring issues, and maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
- Share feedback and trends with our internal teams to help improve our products and service.
- Assist in various support tasks—every day is different and full of opportunity to grow!
🛠️ What You Bring:
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- A knack for problem-solving and staying calm under pressure
- Detail-oriented mindset with a love for organization
- Willingness to cross-train and support other departments
- Familiarity with Google Suite and basic CRM tools
- High school diploma or GED
