We're hiring a licensed Field Sales Consultant to help grow business partnerships and connect agents to those businesses. You’ll act as a trusted advisor—opening doors, building relationships, and help clients get the coverage and service they need. What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and secure new business clients (mainly in the equipment, rental, and trucking space)
- Serve as a consultant, placing licensed agents in front of business owners
- Travel to meet clients and grow your network
- Follow a proven system that sets you up for success
- Lead the way for future sales initiatives, including new product rollouts
What You Need:
- Active P&C Insurance License (required)
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience
- Comfortable with CRM tools and tracking activity
- Professional, honest, personable, and down-to-earth
- Strong drive to succeed and a willingness to learn
