We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented New Store Construction Coordinator to help manage FFE sourcing, design, and installation at our growing company
New Store Construction Coordinator Rewards:
- Starting salary of $55,000 to $65,000, depending on experience

New Store Construction Coordinator Requirements:
- Three or more years of experience in procurement or design
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
- Working knowledge of CAD and Revit
- Experience managing numerous vendors
- Ability to effectively handle both administrative and purchasing responsibilities
- Must be able to manage multiple projects at different phases of construction
New Store Construction Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Procure and manage the installation of furniture, fixtures, and decor for our new store openings and locations being remodeled
- Maintain FF&E Spreadsheet
- Purchase and schedule services for locations under construction
- Maintain the information database
- Handle fire, health, security, and other required permits
