What We’re Looking For in a Kitchen Manager:
- Culinary degree preferred but not required.
- 3+ years of experience managing a full-service kitchen—scratch kitchen background a major plus.
- Strong knowledge of food safety procedures.
- Proven leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing others.
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments.
